Thank you so much for considering your purchase of an adoptable. Please read through the following page before placing a bid or contacting me with any additional questions.

general terms

I do not allow any of my designs to be used for activities involving NFTs or AI.I have the right to revoke ownership of the adoptable if buyer/user violates the ToS. Violation of the ToS may also result in permanent blacklisting.All amounts are in USD.You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase.

before bidding

  • Read and understand the rules in the adopt post

  • Complete payment within 48hrs

  • Complete payment via paypal invoice

after purchase feel free to

  • Name them

  • Decide their sex/gender/etc

  • Make small design changes

  • Trade or resell (for the same or lower price)

you may not

  • Sell for a higher price

  • Claim design as your own

  • Represent yourself as the original creator of the adoptable

  • Exercise any of the creator's rights and/or remedies laid forth in the ToS

commercial use rights

If intending to use this character design for commercial use, including but not limited to 1) PNG Tuber or VTuber 2) business mascot 3) physical or digital merchandise (etc), you must be open to discuss the possibility of paying royalties.Here is a brief example of what an ongoing royalties contract might look like:

Buyer/User agrees to pay an ongoing monthly fee of "0.5%" for the commercial use of the adoptable design in the event that 1) Buyer/User earns more than "$1000USD" of total revenue across all social media channels in one month (PNG Tuber/VTuber/Sona/Mascot/etc), or 2) Buyer/User sells more than "1000" units across all storefronts.When the above amount is earned, Buyer/User agrees to share payment information from all social media channels (screenshots) and may black out any and all other personal and/or sensitive data. Percentage owed will be calculated and Buyer/User will pay amount via invoice within "7" days.Example:

An additional invoice will be sent every month after the agreed upon monthly amount is earned.
